If your dream holiday includes sunny days, warm evenings, lots to do, great places to visit, easy dining out, great shopping and a lovely, beautifully furnished and spacious place to stay, where you call the shots on what to do, when and where to eat, where to go, your own space and privacy.Our lovely home in the sun is only around 15 minutes drive from the major Disney and Universal theme parks; about an hour from the East(Gold)coast - where the NASA Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island Nature Reserve can be found. Drive west to the Gulf coast for about an hour and you will be in St Pete's or Clearwater, where there are great beaches restaurants and shopping.
The Pink House has 4 Bedrooms, sleeping 8-10, 2.5 bathrooms, a huge lounge, fully fitted kitchen with dining nook, a separate formal dining area, a games room with X-box and full size Futon sofabed, pool (of course), double garage and laundry area. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and all rooms have newly fitted ceiling fans. Our home in the sun also has a large flat screen LCD TV, cable package and DVD player, all bedrooms have TV; there is wireless internet and free telephone calls. The villa also has a crib and highchair for your use at no extra charge. In addition, our service company will provide a maid service, for a small extra charge, and 24 hours contact.
